We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges and related expenses resulting from incorrect address entry, refused delivery or cancelling orders after the order has been shipped.

Exchanges, damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective (ie: the wick is not burning), damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Oopsie or clearance products.
Your order was packed with great care and attention to detail. Any damages should be reported and claimed immediately to the carrier as well as contacting us with an image of the damaged product at manifarmscandles@gmail.com.
